I offer interactive leadership development workshops that cover topics like emotional intelligence, psychological safety, effective communication, time and energy management, and other real-world leadership challenges. The goal is to help leaders show up with confidence, make decisions more effectively, and strengthen how they lead themselves and others.

How do your team workshops work?


Team workshops are highly interactive sessions designed to strengthen team effectiveness, with a focus on psychological safety using the Fearless Organization Scan. We help teams identify what’s working, what isn’t, and give them practical strategies to improve trust, communication, and collaboration. Every session is tailored to the team’s specific challenges, and participants leave with tools they can apply immediately. Energy


How long does coaching take?


Team effectiveness workshops using the Fearless Organization Scan are typically delivered in a single session, with optional follow-ups to reinforce progress. Leadership workshops for groups of leaders usually run from a half-day to three days, depending on the topic and objectives, and provide practical tools participants can apply immediately. Executive coaching for individual leaders typically runs 3–6 months, tailored to their goals and schedule, with sessions every 2–4 weeks.
