Individual Coaching
Stop Second-Guessing. Start Leading With Clarity.
You’re capable. You’ve earned your role. And yet, you replay conversations after they happen, wonder if you were too direct—or not direct enough—and carry more of the weight than you probably should. From the outside, things look fine. Internally, leadership feels heavier and more effortful than it needs to be.
Most leadership advice doesn’t help with this. It adds more frameworks, more behaviours to try, more things to “fix.” That can actually increase the noise—leaving you overthinking instead of trusting yourself, and performing leadership rather than inhabiting it.
Executive coaching creates space to slow the spin, get clear, and lead with intent. This work helps you strengthen your judgment, communicate with confidence, and handle difficult conversations without bracing or second-guessing. You don’t become a different leader—you become more grounded, decisive, and effective as the one you already are.
This is for you if…
You spend more time second-guessing your decisions than acting on them.
Difficult conversations make your chest tighten, and you often avoid them—or overcompensate.
You carry tension or overwhelm from work into your personal life because leadership feels heavier than it should.
You know what “good leadership” looks like in theory, but struggle to show up that way consistently.
You’re ready to lead with confidence, but aren’t sure how to get there without adding more stress.
How Coaching Works
-

Your Agenda, Your Goals
Coaching is a collaborative space where you can think clearly, speak honestly, and focus on the leadership challenges that matter most to you. It’s not about being given answers or following a prescribed formula. You set the agenda, name the goals, and decide what you want to work on. My role is to support your thinking, ask the questions that matter, and help you move forward with intention.
-

Grounded in Real Leadership
This work is grounded in real leadership, not theory alone. Alongside my coaching practice, I run a growing business with a team of 25 employees, so the challenges you bring into sessions are often ones I’ve faced myself. That perspective allows us to stay practical, grounded, and focused on what actually works in the day-to-day reality of leading people.
-

My Approach
My approach is non-directional, empathetic, and candid. I bring insight from leadership research and experience, and I will challenge you with empathy and candour—but I won’t tell you what you should do. You don’t need someone with all the answers; you need space to think, reflect, and strengthen your own judgment.
-

How It Works
We often begin with an EQ-i 2.0 assessment, which offers a clear picture of your emotional intelligence strengths and growth areas. It helps us focus the work, identify where small shifts can have the greatest impact, and track progress over time. Coaching typically runs 3–6 months, with sessions every 2–4 weeks, shaped entirely around your goals and what you want to build as a leader.
What you’ll gain:
-

You will trust your judgment and make decisions without second-guessing yourself afterward.
-

You will approach difficult conversations with steadiness and clarity instead of avoidance or over-preparation.
-

You will lead with confidence that comes from alignment—not performance or perfectionism.
-

You will stay grounded under pressure and respond intentionally rather than reactively.
-

You will show up as a leader who is clear, calm, and credible—even in complex or emotionally charged situations.
